I bought Hot 12 days ago and I’m still waiting for the character slot, anyone has the same trouble or ANet has said anything about this?

Did you register the core game prior to january 23 2015?

Yep, I register the core game in october 2014

It can take a while for it to appear. I bought 3 copies of HoT and 2 of them immediately got theirs same day, and it took over a week for the 3rd.

Chances are if its hitting the 2nd or 3rd week, I’d send a ticket to CS to help you out.
