Guild Wars 2

Did anyone get this item already? I did that meta event few times and still no drop. Some players I asked told me they didn’t get it either. There are 3 possible options :
1. It’s bugged, very likely (If yes, pls Anet repair it as soon as you can. )
2. It’s RNG based with a very small chance for drop.
3. The hint is lying, (or inaccurate) and there’s another option to get it.

There is a thread in the bug section of the forum for this non drop. Don’t do the ds meta until they fix it if only doing it to get the drop.
