So I was doing this event in verdant brink, and it seemed to make zero sense. Question the refugees, read the results of the scanner…but the scanner never gave me results. The only thing that I ever saw was ‘the scanner fluctuates’. The npcs talked about 2 values and such, but I never saw any indicator whatsoever of the two values. What am I missing?
