Question about pumpkin decoration

Three days ago I bought pumpkin decoration for my guild hall. It didn’t appear in my inventory nor in guilds bank. It was a bug and decoration is lost or it appears somewhere else?

Yo: Did you check your Decorations Tab? Guild Storage → Decorations → Bottom row.
