Did anyone try deleting all of their beta characters from weekend 1 and starting a new one? Would doing so copy your account again, or is the first copy permanent? I’d like to test with ascended gear next time around but I didn’t arrange it the first time.

Won’t work. The copy was based on the first time that you created a beta character for the BWE.

I tried during the BWE1 to delete all beta characters and make a new one to check if the bank resets but no, it works like Ayrilana said.

that’s a bummer, I had previously copied ascended gear, and a lot of other things. in prep of beta weekend. But, I was not prepared for the lackluster rune/sigil choices. Like the lack of superior rune of ice and sigil of chilling for WvW reaper testing. A lot of choices were left out.

A simple NPC, or an option to re-copy account bank could fix this issue. too bad nobody thought about it prior to the last beta weekend.. hardly seems worth the trouble now.

Oh well it will be released soon enough. Don’t think it matters all that much in the end.
