The Juvenile Fire Wyvern special ability “Consuming Flame” is difficult to place in the right spot.
When I activate it, it isn’t placed where the foe is but a few steps away so if the foe moves in the wrong direction it’s easier for him to get outside of the fire area.
Since the cooldown is 35s then it would be a good idea to make it a target area or to fix the area positioning when you activate it

I am having the same issue. When activating it, the fire wyvern just tends to place the fire field where ever it happens to be at the time and not necessarily anywhere close to where our target is.

it seems intended, despite the difficulty of placing the fire field in an ideal place, but i agree that there should be some method of controlling where the fire field is.

If you can’t select the spot, maybe then it should always fire the area around you. That way you could use it when meleeing to hit the mob you are standing by.

It should do it with the enemy in the middle as most of the skills like that work.

I’m sure they’ll fix it for release.
