Rune of Resistance
+25 Toughness -5% Incoming Condition Duration +50 Toughness -10% Incoming Condition Duration +100 Toughness When you activate a signet skill, you gain aegis for 8 seconds. (Cooldown: 30 seconds)

  • total = +175 toughness, -15% condition duration , aegis

Rune of Durability
+25 Toughness +5% Boon Duration +50 Toughness 25% chance when struck to grant nearby allies protection and regeneration for 3 seconds and resistance for 1 second. (Cooldown: 20 seconds) +100 Toughness +15% Boon Duration; +125 Vitality

  • total = +175 toughness, +125 vitality, +20% boon duration ( = 300 concentration) , resistance/protection/regen

IMO rune of durability should drop resistance and Rune of resistance should gain it as well as some – condition duration (see Hoelbrak/Melandru). Perhaps the boon duration should only affect defensive boons as well (protection/aegis or better yet stability only).

Also compared to Rune of the Earth, the cooldown should be higher on Durability runes:
25 Toughness +10% Protection Duration +50 Toughness 25% chance when struck to gain Protection for 4 seconds. (Cooldown: 30 seconds) +100 Toughness +20% Protection Duration;
when struck below 20% health, you gain a magnetic aura for 5 seconds. (Cooldown: 90 seconds)

  • total = +175 toughness, +30% protection duration , magnetic aura

See also Rune of Antitoxin:
+28 Condition Damage -4% Condition Duration applied to you. +55 Condition Damage -8% Condition Duration applied to you. +100 Condition Damage -12% Condition Duration applied to you. Gain 5 stacks of Might for 10 seconds on incoming Poison or torment (20s cooldown).

  • total = + 175 condition damage , -24% condition duration on you,
Desolation (EU) → Yak’s Bend (US)
In your backline: Elementalist+Mesmer+Necromancer
