I currently main a revenant and am working on map completion and trying to do the raid and many other things but when I see other reapers around my mind says play that and then I play it and resent my choice.

maybe you should decide to play guard and then resent that choice as well to keep the process going

What do you mean when you play it you resent it? Is it because of skills, or weapon, or…..? Personally, lore-wise, I’d say Reaper. Those legends the Revenants call upon couldn’t resist death.
Game play wise, Revenant for group. Reaper for selfish, euck fveryone else.

Both rev and reaper are very nice classes to play.. I main necro since launch and I couldn’t be happier with reaper after HoT released. There’s a few things to keep in mind though.. Although the hack and slash feel on necro is great nowadays, The rev will have more utility skills compared to necro which will come in handy for the rest of the team. (might, health regen and fury by using herald traits/skills)

In the end both classes are very viable to play in any content area of the game.
