First, is there any way I can see if my account was created after Jan. 23rd? I bought this game some time in january or february but I can’t remember.

And also, does anyone know, if I’m eligible, how I can refund my game and get heart of thorns?

uuugh I just checked and I joined in march. man I knew I shouldn’t of taken a break from this game over the summer, what a missed opportunity. gg

For future reference, if you type /age in-game and use a tool on the internet, you can figure out when your account was purchased/created.

^If you create a character at the same time as purchase and/or account creation. Some do not register the account directly after purchase of the key; some do not create characters directly after account registration. Though, that would be a minority of purchasers/giftees, I’ve no doubt.
