I really don’t know how to trigger this event.

I tried by completing the whole chain event of Teku Outpost and waited in front of Lore Seeker Zolin for 45 min. NOTHING !

Anyone have a clue ?

This is the Tangled Depths Archivement named as is : Regurgicidal
Primiraly for the Mastery it give.

Huh, per https://wiki.guildwars2.com/wiki/Escort_the_lore_seeker_to_the_underground_lake this should be cycling 15 minutes after the regurgitant dies. I’ve only done the event when it’s happened to be up and I could get to it, so I don’t know the triggers, sorry

Maybe the ‘’first spawn’’ of Regurgicidal doesn’t require the chain event starting with Lore Seeker Zolin ?

Take the tunnel leading downward from Teku Nuhoch waypoint. When the tunnel splits off in two directions, keep to the left. Follow this path downward toward the large underground lake which is visible on your map. You fight the champion skelk up on the platforms above the water.

If you followed all of the lines you will already know where it spawns since it spawns directly after the escort. There is enough information if you pay attention.

The Escort never triggered.
I spent 45 min in front of the NPC
Tried after the meta and after completed the Teku Outpost chain events.

Wow
I finally get it
Was in a map with Teku Outpost completed, and the Escort event started routly 25 min before the meta.
