Possibly been answered prior but I can’t find anything

Will there be any requirements of Guildies to take part in the Hall Claiming event? For example, I’m assuming a level 6 nublet would only be of use as Trebuchet Ammo but can non-HoT purchasers take part (if they have a lvl80), same for F2play if they have some level can they come along? I would like to see the chance to get as many Guild Members invested in the Hall as possible (their investment also means they may more interested in purchasing HoT).

If only HoT owners can attend that’s going to make it hard for guilds that might only have 2 members with HoT (the rest still maybe considering it).

Any chance of a detailed set of release notes – especially regarding the Halls?

Expansion content is all level 80 and I doubt they’ll be scaled up. Players cannot participate in the claiming of the guild hall unless they own HoT. They can enter the guild hall once it’s been claimed but will only be able to use limited services within.
