Guild Wars 2

I would like to return to Guild Wars 2 after a long break. My quiestion is do I have to buy Hearth of Thorns right now? Can I buy after I reach to 80 lvl ? If so will I miss anything out? Thanks

You can buy it at any time you want. You won’t be missing much before lvl 80. Main thing you will be missing is entering the guild hall I think.

Unless you want to start and level a revenant you won’t be missing very much at all.

You can enter guild hall not buying the expansion.
