It’s a bit different really. The “condition spec” is apparently mostly about condition management, moving them off allies and giving them to enemies. The legends change the right side of your utilities (heal, 3 utilities and elite). There’s also the fact Elementalists have attunements that are more condition heavy, but their stats stay the same. (Unless you’re traited for the small bonuses of course)

Could you link the interview saying revenant aspects change heal and utility skills?
it’s no different than being able to swap from a power weapon to a condi weapon, or an engineer that can bring condi kits and a rifle. just build intelligently.
Unable to find the reddit thread containing the link to the interview, only goes back 7 days of thread creation. :/ Almost all of the threads discussing interviews are gone.

itll most likely work like engi and ele, but heavy
changing utility bar is not so different from changing weapon bar.
from what have been said I think the revenant skills(utility, heal, and elite) will work just like the ele’s glyphs skills, so you select the skills you want to slot, and based on what hero you are channeling , that skill will have a specific effect
change attunements with legends and it could be the same concept
The Glyphs however changed merely small elemental aspects, like a firestorm turning into a dust tornado, which menas it doesn’r really change stuff. the Attunements however change your whole variety of attacks you can do.
The idea with the glyphs is a good one though. I could imagine that the channeled legend changes little aspects of the weapon skills(similar to glyphs with attunements) while the utilities get changed out completely, like weapon skills on attunement change.
