Roaming mace/axe, Mallyx-Ventari/Jalis depends on my tests.
From the look of chat codes mace/axe is a hybrid as it is capable of doing both good direct damage as well condi damage. Since there is no power line yet i wll go for disliked by me invocation (i still think its terrible)

There should be no problems to keep up 9 stacks of might at all time, but from what i noticed in last beta blast wasnt working properly on mace 3 – sometimes i blasted 6 stacks, sometimes 3 despite standing in the same place. Traveler runes are obvious choice for wvw roaming. Im not completely sure about the sigils but i guess i will go for that extra burst from fire/air. Thats about ~2k burst.

Unless they buffed diabolic inferno 1 stack of burn doesnt worth it. I rather get a chance to double condi transfer, espesially when i end up with 13 stacks of burn on myself just to get that chance to copy these 13 burns on getting a hit+another 13 by entering embrance the darkness.. Insta rekt.
For legends i consider to go Mallyx/Ventari at the beginning to see if i actually need condi cleanse when Mallyx wont keep up with resistance. In theory theres is one way to prevent melding from condi and that is abusing embrance the darkness by entering in/out and making all boon strips useless as theres no way to strip resistance every 2 seconds. During that naturally you wont be able to do anything else. 1 cc may destroy you.

I dont think i have to explain that one howered i have no idea how i will kite opponents as i dont have any tools to do so.
