Not sure if anyone has noticed this yet but:

Rite of the Great Dwarf can be cast and stowed quickly for a quick, no cost stunbreak.
You can also do this right after stowing the first one (even though it looks like it goes on cooldown), meaning you have unlimited no CD and no Cost stunbreak on demand at any given time.

I feel like this has to be a bug/mess up, at least the part with no energy cost if you’re quick enough with stowing weapons to cancel it.

Could add a videoclip if needed.

Its a bug already reported.
