Why is this rune only available for pve players ?
i want this rune in WvW… and now i have to play massive pve ( 600 crystaline ore )

This is fail:
Let me buy a single rune for 2500 badges and 10 gold but dont let me play this boring pve content

It’s also available for SPvP players, not just PvEers.

Other than that, I agree, more WvWvW ways to acquire items that give mechanical advantages in WvWvW is a good thing.
