Please add right click menu on salvage-o-matics for
-salvage all “Salvage”
-salvage all “Blue”
-salvage all “Green”
And maybe
-salvage all “Yellow”
I already feel there is too much inventory management, too many clicks for bags and salvage (I have 8*20 slot) (especially when you play for extended period of time), and this became even worse after HoT.
Edit: Salvage all should leave everything in one piece if it is in an invisible bag, if you want to save or keep something.
Interesting, I’m pretty select in what I salvage most of the time, but that could certainly be useful for salvage and blue level stuff at the very least, and I know plenty of others who would use green and yellow levels as well.
So you got my +1

And when someone salvages something they didn’t want to by mistake?
The same thing when they salvage something by mistake now.
1. Whine to CS and hope for help.
2. Learn to be more careful.
There comes a point where its not our responsibility to protect people from themselves.
The rest of us shouldn’t have to do without improvement simply because some people are incapable or unwilling to learn/improve/understand new things.
I mean, are we going to add salvage confirmation to greens again? Blues? Whites?

To completely avoid that issue they could also implement a change to the invis bag theme: Add a generic “lock item” in the right click menu of every item (there should be something like this already in place for “destroy”). Items flagged that way dont appear in vendors.
Additional reasoning: Invis bags are too clunky – you dont always need 20 slots and the bag fills with vendorstuff/mats/etc.
I’ve suggested before – any item that has been equipped, soulbound, account bound, runed, transmuted, whatever ever should always confirm when you try to salvage it.
