I can’t find any information online or find anything in-game about the location of this, I seen a post on Reddit where someone said they found it from Quetzal near the West entrance to Tarir. Ive searched that area yet I haven’t seen any.

The item says. These feathers help the Tengu move silently through the jungle.

Please help.

Found them, just north of the Tarir West entrance up in the canopy.

You can find it in the Auric Basin, at the Point of Interest Masks of the Fallen. You just need to kill Quetzal Assasins, Warrior and so on.

Kill Quetzal scouts near the champ. I got one there.

For those unaware, Quetzal are all over Auric Basin, they are just all off the ground. There are plenty of areas where you can use either bouncing mushrooms or hidden mini-JPs to climb about 50ft off the ground, to ledges, and these are the places Quetzal are likely to hang out.
