Guild Wars 2

So after farming for about 3 hours for today I finally got the portal THANK LORDY
I got the usual message telling me I would receive an email from them.

This happened about 2 hours ago, just checked my main email I use for GW2, no email from Anet. So I thought they might have sent it to my GW1 email so I went and checked that one, but not on that one either. Why is that? I need reasrruance. I was so excited about finally getting the portal!!!

I am constantly checking as well. But I think they are only going to email us once the beta is going to start. Make sure you’re subscribed to the newsletter, and we’ll just have to be patient.

Same here. Finally rewarded with the “Portal to the Heart of Maguuma” drop (Yay!), received the in-app Mail “Portal to the Heart of Thorns Closed Beta”, but no real email. I do receive the GW2 emails once in a while. Just in case, I did register/sign-up with the same email address at the suggested heartofthorns.guildwars2.com. Hopefully, I get the mail tomorrow morning. Or, will I only receive the “Heart of Thorns Closed Beta” email when it’s ready?

You’ll get the e-mail when they are closer to the beta test itself.

No one has received said email yet. Have a little patience. It said that test details would be sent there, but it didn’t say “immediately.” I doubt anyone will receive said email until all participants are selected, ie, not until after the event to find the portals is done.
