thinks it was needed, when he drove the entire pact in there and got all the airship blown up, we aint sure if he’s completely sane by that point. Mord chose him, out all the other salad heads to posses. its for the best and the rest of the universe that he died a hero trying to contain Mord then a ticking time bomb.

I actually really liked Trahearne in the personal story, it was depressing seeing him taken prison and almost broken down. He was a good partner in the personal story, taking down Zhaitan together and figuring out the extensions of Zhaitan (mouth and eye). Rip in ripperonies.
I’m down right devastated he died. Friend spoiled it for me so I haven’t even done the end game content for the expansion and just knowing made me cry… xD As stupid as that sounds. It’s gonna suck to see through the end. Oh well I suppose. I mean I kind of figured before the expansion even was released that that would be his fate but it still really made me upset. I actually didn’t like him too much at first but then I did the Sylvari story instances and really got more into depth with his character and backstory; well he grew to be my favorite character. At least he died honorably and I still have Rytlock to root for but I think Trahearne’s death is going to bother me for quite some time. Perhaps something will come out to commemorate him. Maybe a mini. Of course there is the matter of Caladbolg… Arenenet sure knows how break someone’s heart. RIP.
