I was wondering who would win in a fight between rytlock and Mordremoth, if it was just a one on one fight between the two using only their base powers. No outside support what so ever. So put your thoughts down below go as crazy or simple as you see fit.

Obviously one man can’t take on an Elder Dragon single-handedly and hope to defeat it. Detsiny’s Edge couldn’t defeat the Shatterer with the help of Glint. And that was just a general of Kralkatorrik.

(But Rytlock could definitely pull it off:P He’s just too kitten:)) )

However if the fight is like the current battle with Zhaitan. You on a ship spamming button 1, even a monkey could beat Mordremoth, not to mention Rytlock.

Rytlock. That’s why you see him charging ahead of everyone else in the HoT trailer since he won’t need anyone else to do the job. Frankly, I don’t even know why we as the Player Characters are going into the jungle because we’re obviously not needed.

rytlock already won, he first off took a nice vacation for a long time, got a class change that he also pioneers and he seems to be able to call upon legends of the past, he looks more kitten then ever and most likely crawls about in the jungle since a while now (i think atleast). Imo he would just freeze mordi with his coolness. God thanks that somebody brings the badas(s back soon…

Mordremoth will die due to excessive blood loss from nosebleeds when it sees the almighty margonite monkey been channeled.

Easily Mordremoth.
Even a legandary norn with the help of the spirits of the wild could only take out a tooth from Jormag.
Even Destiny’s Edge with the help (and knowledge about a specific weakness they could exploit) of Glint couldn’t defeat Kralkatorik. And I’m not convinced they would have even if Logan didn’t leave.

No single mortal entity, by their own power alone, is going to stand a chance against an Elder Dragon. Pretty sure even the human gods don’t want to mess with them.

We haven’t been needed at any particular point. Marjorie calling us ‘Boss’ in season 2 is just fluff and pandering noise to appease everyone that hated being Trahearne’s intern.

HoT theatens to actually put the players in the spotlight. Imagine that! The story might finally be about the player characters (that’d be us, not that any outsiders to the game could be faulted for being confused and thinking Trahearne and Destiny’s Edge mostly were).

I think I might cry. Just a wee tear of joy.
