This week, we have honored the passing of a great hero of our time in Eir Stegalkin. However, we’ve lost another significant individual in the fight against Mordremoth, and we’ve barely heard a mention of it!

Fellow Tyrians/Commanders/Pooh-bahs, would you share a few words in memory of the deceased head salad Marshal Trahearne? A simple “RIP in peace” to honor him or “good riddance!” to dishonor will do.

He was a better man than many credited. We cannot all be great orators. But we can all aspire to gentle compassion and the heroism to step up to the call — not the Call — when we are needed, no matter how unready we feel.

He never judged, he always supported, and in the end he chose death over becoming the instrument of ruin.

He will be missed.

lololololol. dont feel bad, i caught a death spoiler too…although i had no idea who it was. nor did i care or remember the name when i got to playing it myself. just remember….he wasn’t important in any way shape or form. and everyone including my human male protagonist thought he was a liability and undesirable the entire time. then he chose to die and everyone was happy because of it.

but yeah, u guys should be more careful bout spoilers in ur topic titles.

But wait lol is this still really considered a spoiler?! It’s been nine months since the expansion released, and this is the HoT forums. I’d imagine most people who are into the game have already completed the story or read about the major plot points haha :P

A spoiler is still a spoiler. Be respectful. Its also in the forum rules not to spoil.

With ur argument though:
It hasn’t even been a year yet….so it still falls under the ‘fresh’ spoiler category especially since the game was effectively rebooted to a brand new market at the launch of hot.

You can give more leeway as time goes by obviously. Me telling you bambi’s mom dies is fair game, its still a spoiler but the time lapse makes it also fall under common knowledge….at which point you can’t really hold some1 responsible for spoiling it unintentionally anyways.
