Guild Wars 2

I am on this last part of the “Luminates backplate collection” but i have been completing the Northwatch events constantly and can’t seem to get this last part.

Can anyone confirm they have had this drop recently?

I have killed the bosses in Northwatch like 15 times now and haven’t had this last part drop.

Completed the backpack yesterday, so it defently drops,
Seem to only drop after the 3th pylon goes active in that zone (for north that the Tendril)
and for some weird reason its only a change on drop i run north 3 times, west 2, south 1

Just got mine after days of trying, I followed the north chain, and this time instead of opening the event rewards straight away (the purple coloured chest above minimap) I waited until northwatch showed as being 3/3.

After the tendril and you get the event chest, the status is still 2/3 for a while until the exaulted has activated the pylon, just wait until its 3/3 before opening your two chests
