[Suggestion] Add capes
In due time man……….. in due time.
I assume with the recent jump in MMO graphics over the last few years, capes are kitten the computers when it comes to large scale PvP like in WvW.
Notice many other newer MMOs also leave out capes now. Took Rift a whole expansion to add them to the game.

Capes worked perfect in gw1. I think if wow and Runescape can handle capes it’s a joke if anet really can’t issue due to clipping issues. Capes just make any armor look so much better in games I think. Actually feels like it really completes a set of armor

Like I said the capes worked perfctly fine for charrs during early Beta, There are no clipping issues,.
areana net needs to fix all the clipping issues first b4 they add capes… sadly it will take them a long time to fix them

There are NO clipping issues to begin with, capes exist way back in the Beta and they work perfectly fine for even Charr.
Capes did NOT work perfectly in GW1. They floated a scaled six inches off of my shoulders, they were hideous and short (like their skirts, short not hideous, which I do actually want back) and had very little motion. Where capes DID work was City of Heroes, may it rest in peace. But even then I usually went without on most characters and there was still clipping issues but were easily ignored most of the time.
Saying that, I did look at my warrior recently on the loading screen and think she really needed a cape to complete her look but she’s the only one out of 13 characters I feel like it would look any good on. It’s a low priority for me, especially since back pieces aren’t dye-able.

If they give me capes, I’ll want a batman flying thing that they’re adding to the masteries.
If they add capes, well i wont ever use them, as i play charr pretty much only and they already have to many problems with the current armors.
