Does anyone know where to get the recipe for this? Because I tried using Evergreen Lodenstone in the discovery menu but that doesn’t seem to work…

The superior rune of the Revenant is not in the game yet… According to a customer support ticket, Heart of Thorns is still incomplete and not all features have been added yet.

You can get the recipe for all specialization runes that you have unlocked from a laurel vendor, i.e the one in L.A

Edit: you have to unlock the elite spec on one character atleast.
