For context: I pre ordered the game, and I didn’t get access to hot. I filed a ticket, took 8 hours for a response, and because they needed more info I needed to reply to the original ticket.
I did, and It has now been more than 36 hours. I understand that there is a process in place, but I am frustrated at supports failure to follow up on an already open ticket.
Also, I really just wanna play the game and not have to wait. I’ve already missed the whole weekend, and I had school on Friday and tomorrow, so… Is there anything I can do besides wait?
