This has been suggested before, and will be again.
Could we please teach him how to swim already? I really don’t get why one of our minions lacks the skill to swim. It’s dead, not like it’s going to drown huh? Right now I do aquatic combat with no elite equipped, nor am I ever going to use one that destroys all my minions..

Or at least let us have a suitable underwater replacement! I’m still waiting for that fabled Blood Shark

They fixed this. Plague/Lich form no longer destroy your minions.

I like the suggestion to give swimming lessons to the Flesh Golem even with the improved Plague/Lich. Now make the Norn specific elites not killing my minions and my necro will be totally happy
