Taking away from the game.
My only complaint I have after reading about the Legendary Armor, is that fact that it requires everything be done in HoT. I do not do HoT, but I am seriously going to be forced to do it to get something that should able to be done in all of Tyria?
I have a guild of 400 people, fairly active, 27 some people only, really do HoT.
Can we make Legendary Armor somehow available to those who don’t enjoy HoT???
Probably not. All the new legendaries are locked behind the expansion. I imagine it’s supposed to be one of the selling points.

You want something then you either get it or not. For some reason I have never once been asked to represent any country in the world in the Olympics yet I really would not mind a shiny gold medal. Weird that.
It probably would mean waiting for the next expansion and possibly even the next raid dungeon.
It obviously wouldnt be the same legendary armor, but hey.

Um WHAT? You aren’t ‘seriously forced’ to get HoT because you aren’t ‘seriously forced’ to obtain gear in this game, including Legendary Armor. I’m not even sure why you would think that in the first place; hasn’t playing this game proven that to you yet?
