One of the most ambitious map designs I have ever seen in a game.

To the people who conceptualized this map, hats off to you.

And to the people who brought the concept to life thru multiple sleepless nights of coding, testing, rewriting modules while throwing coffee on monitor out of frustration, pulling own hair off just ’cause chak swagger was just not upto the expectation and doing other crazy things so that we the players can explore this living and breathing map of your creation, thank you.

This map, arguably, the best map I have ever explored in any MMO. Period.

I fully agree with this, this is by far my favorite map of the expansion, if not the entire game. I love all the secrets hidden away in this map, as well as how seemlessly you travel between the four layers of the map to get from point A to point B, not to mention all the adventures, and meta are just extremely fun and no matter how many times I play through the events I never get tired of doing them!

I agree, tangled depths is the most creative and most beautiful map of HoT by far. Its a work of genius.

First time i hit tangled depths was on my Revenant hunting hero points all i could think was" Jesus Christ what madness is this?"

After spending more time there i have really started to appreciate the scope of this map i can’t imagine the effort that would have been required to shape this beast. Truly impressive it has become my favorite of the new maps by far.

still, the mini map and layers are still sometimes confusing

I keep finding new bits, the map has so much in it and does indeed deserve praise for its scope and scale.
