Guild Wars 2

I am trying to do the story quest “The Way In” but there is no mission starter at the target. I checked every elevation but nothing is there.

Do you have Nuhoch Hunting Mastery?
Have you spoken to Tizlak, the Nuhoch standing west of Teku Nuhoch?
Have you collected enough enzyme to talk to Tizlak again?

If so, face down hill from Tizlak. There will be a reddish protrusion from the ground. Go to that, aiming for its left side. The blue goop there should dissolve for you, and then you go through the tunnels following the green stars.
