I’m talking about the achievements where there are clear precedents but are just not there. Such as:

-Chak Slayer
-Mordrem Guard Slayer
-Mushroom Slayer

Also, why don’t regular Mordrem count towards the Plant Slayer achievement? The vines atleast totally should. Itzel and Nuhoch count towards Hylek Slayer, so why not this one?

Can you name other achievements that are clearly missing?

Pretty sure sylvari never counted for plant slayer

Karka Slayer

To be honest, I don’t think any slayer acheevos have been added since launch that I can remember, so I don’t find it surprising more were not added in HoT

Chak, Mordrem Guard, Mushroom, and Saurian are all HoT zone and not everyone has HoT. Plant slayer was in place before Mordrem existed and so they won’t count towards that particular slayer achievement.

HoT already brought in achievements that are only obtainable to those who own the expansion, I don’t see a problem with adding slayer achievements for HoT creatures as well.

They could just be hidden until you actually kill one of the creatures.

@Randulf No it’s not surprising but it’s ticks me off a bit nonetheless. @Khisanth Yeah, any sylvari usually count towards Nightmare Court Slayer.
