Forget the player class. What was that big monster? I loved that thing. Show us more of that tomorrow. It looked like a mash up of a bunch of different dinosaurs. Its the biggest non-boss monster i’ve ever seen!

I think it is actually a boss. But that to hype the Guardian specialization, they made him fought it alone.

I don’t think its a boss. And that creature was in at least one other video I think (the trailer, iirc). Would be cool to have a video showcasing all the creatures (dinosaurs in particular), but that would take away from seeing them for the first time in game.

Remember in Guild Wars, where bosses where not based on size? When you’d fight Hydras, Massive dinosaurs. The good o’l days.

Mesmer fought a dinosaur-like monster in the POI video. It was soloable.

It looks a lot like the Bristleback from the Mesmer POI
