Armor: I would love to see more plate mail ; Like we have alot of flowing tassets and asian style armor. But we have few that come in with a western feel .But that’s not a big deal for me, Not as much as seeing the chaar And norn get some more armor that really suits them but can be worn by the other races should they wish it ? Or perhaps just more racial specific armor which is meant for the races of tyria .Humans = Crusader or more knightly armor . I know their tier three might look it ; But they should have some king arthur / European armors along with maybe some Romanian themed stuff . Their casters should be able to wear armor or well look as if they are wearing armor as well? Considering all of them can go in close , and the necro is getting greatsword this expansion wouldn’t be cool to have a semi-plate mail looking light armor ? Some Dracula status armor for your necro , or maybe some hardcore full gladiator armor for your warrior (( they can bring back some of the old skins from guild wars one and import them in with better graphics , is that to much to ask? ))

Now i know the primeval was in guild wars one , but i am being honest here …You look like a gundam .Really what we need its to get back oh i don’t know the “Druid armor “ which was made of wood planks and more of a exotic sort of look . And maybe some assassin style armor like in guild wars one .Which unlike the ranger who wore trench coats they wore bodysuits littered with spikes and knives; I know they do have these armor skins in the game, roughly two of them. But we could use some more with finer designs; More enrichment toward them so that they are cool to wear . Again maybe adding some armor onto the medium class to give it a more imposing look ? But here is where i get specific, some barbarian armor .

Fur around some hip guards with chain-mail and leather over it and a very Viking feel to it; Take some ideas from diablo if you must but we need some armor that looks proper if you wana run around as a norn with dual weapons . The armor we have now just dosen’t fit , it looks odd especially when mix matching skins to try and get that look in its entirety .

No one is going to read all that. At the very least format it into paragraphs and make some bullet points for pertinent information. All people will see is a monstrous wall of text.

More or less id like some good looking armor . Alot of the armor we have now isent that great ; and its got some clipping issues on the norn and the chaar which need to be fixed. Namely the chaar’s tail.

I don’t mind the clipping too much. The more elaborate the armor, the harder it is to avoid clipping. But I find that, especially for charr and asura, the variety and visual appeal of armor is lacking. Also some weapon varieties are severely lacking. Staves in particular have a LOT of boring models, while swords and greatswords have an excess of amazing models.

I’m all for adding more variety, that’s for sure. It’s just in games like this that it irritates me a bit that I hate playing “boring” races. You know, ones that have a profile just like a human? Boring. Sadly, the modeling done for the armor for Asura and Charr isn’t the same quality and it’s really annoying. And as I stated before, I would like maybe 2-3 of the armors to show some femininity for Asura and Charr. It doesn’t have to have bustiers or boob windows, but when the other races get garter belts and underboob halters, it’s a bit obvious that you think female means show skin.

I understand fully i have a chaar guardian and finding armor for him is a pain in the kitten outside of his racial tier three . And that aggravates me. Its somewhat like they don’t care enough to fix the issues present with that race as well as the other two who need some love .
