Please, someone answer me: I want to do the new legendary Nevermore, but to do it do I need unlock all 4 tracks of legendaries ? I did the first and second track and I went to the npc in Lion’s Arch, but vol 02 still locked to me, what do I have to do? Please some help here, I’m confused.

Heart of Thorns legendaries will require the Tier 4 Mastery, as it says explicitly in the Tier 4 Mastery description. You won’t be able to make it for several weeks anyway, until they patch in raids.

what??? how do you mean? I cant do new legendaries without do new raids???

No you won’t have to do raids, but they aren’t physically in the game yet. Even if you unlock the mastery it doesn’t do anything right now. In the patch where they add raids they will also add the new legendaries (that’s the theory at least) so you won’t be able to work on them until then.

This means you have over a month to finish the mastery and you won’t fall behind anyone else.

To make it simple. The new legendaries have not been released yet
