What is it?
It’s the Insignia required to craft Trailblazer’s gear. Which is one of the new stat set’s added to the game. It has Condi Damage and Toughness as the major stats, with Vitality and Expertise being the minor ones.
Some of the recipes are on the TP and apparently you can farm the recipe books in Tangled Depths, but afaik no one knows how to get the insignias.

You will need Mastery level 3 so you can speak with the Merchant (Nuhoch Lore).
At the started area at Tangled Depths [The Tangled Descent] near the waypoint [Order of Whispers Camp Waypoint] is the one of the 2 Nuhoch Mastery Vendors at this map.The sad part is if you make the exotic Insignia to change at Mystic forge your old Ascended armor,insignia its not show up at Mystic Forge Boxes.Hope Arena Net will fix it soon.
Exotic insignia/inscription recipe cost : 250 Ley Line Crystals and 10 silver.
Ascended insignia/inscription recipe cost : 600 Ley Line Crystals and 3 gold.
