I think it is a fairly good assumption. The GW2 launch trailer revealed Zhitain, and given the size of the foot it seems fairly likely. I suppose it could be one of his lieutenants, but that doesn’t seem like launch trailer material to me. I mean we’ve been secretly or openly fighting this dragon for almost 2 years now and still haven’t seen him!

The trailer will be shown at the main stage presentation which is in a little over 5 hours from this post. So still a while to wait.

That could be Hillary Clinton’s foot for all we know. (hint: It is)

The ANet Twitch is having technical problems at this very moment (hopefully to be fixed by trailer time). If that persists, remember you can also watch the trailer at http://www.twitch.tv because that will be ANet’s 15 minutes of main stage time.

Does it have technical problems or are they simply taking a break?

I think they’re going to show the main twitch stream on the GW2 channel from what they’re saying in chat but it’s hard to read when messages fly past

I suspect whatever the technical issue was they’ve probably fixed it but don’t have time for what they had scheduled so they’re just waiting for the trailer event.

Loved the trailer – very scary eek. Still not sure how we’re going to fight a massive jungle dragon like that. Being super into charr and all, I did notice something.. is rytlock’s face model changing a little come HoT? The trailer shows his lower teeth sticking out all the time when his mouth is closed, and currently he must be biting his inner lips alot. ;3
