Where did they go? Are they still available to get in pvp? There are a bunch of new skins I want to apply to my alts but need more charges….

They still drop from PvP, but half as much, a lot of them were replaced with one of the new crafting mats.

You can get them quicker if you have an extra character slot, just create a new character and clear rata sum, takes as little as ten minutes.

What’d you mean by clear Rata Sum? Like the intro level for asura?

When you clear a racial city you are rewarded with 1transmutation charge. Clear as in map clearing, basically find all wps, POI and vistas in rata sum
