“Recover the treasure from the wreck of the Argent Warrior in Sparkfly Fen”

Part of the Tier III collection for crafting Carcharias (and other?).

I’ve completed the entire collection except for this one item.
Have spent about 15minutes swimming around that ship wreck ankitten ot seeing anything come up with the “Interact(F)” icon on it.

Has anyone else found this collection item, or is it bugged?

same here. I can see the chest but its open and there is no interact option.

I went through this, Apparently It is tied to the heart vendor being completed or not.
Hop onto an Alt and go open any of the chest, It will count for the collection
