I could go in detail on how and why I decided to do the Twilight collection to get Dusk but that is a story not worth mentioning any more. Right now I’m on Vol III where you have to get to 27 different places and use The Gloominator . Well not all 27 of them. For 20 of them actually. For another 5 you have to go in fractals and that is not that bad because its a doable thing now with the new fractal system. For the last 2 I am baffled why did you choose those. For the last 2 you have to find Grenth’s Temple contested and find 20+ other people to do the assault event and during the chaotic situation open your inventory and use gloominator during the time when portals to underworld are active. I understand it is doable but why? Why do I have to depend on so many other people to do my legendary journey? What really annoyed and angered me is the part with Tequatl. Teq has to pull you in the water and while there you use your item. First of all. Whirlpools from Teq are almost non-existent on a normal map. And there are only 2 kinds of maps you find during Teq. A normal map with hundreds of people killing him, meaning barely any chance to get sucked down or a fail map with no people which means no whirlpools at all. Second of all if you are that lucky to happen to find one in that chaos it lasts for such a small time that is impossible to get to it. Third if you get pulled with minimal hp you will die from the dot before you are able to do anything. Why? Why was it designed like that?If the intention was to do the legendary journey with other people why did you give us 23 out of 30 objectives to be soloable? Do I have to wait even more to have fun? the 100 ascended materials and the thousands of ores I had to throw away was not enough? Please help me understand.

I’ll give you the Temple event is just plain awful – it took me a few days to be able to port into a map that was low population for the event to fail.

It’s been mentioned – repeatedly – but its likely going to be a while before they make a change. Surprising, considering they should of learnt the lesson depending on failed events is bad design from the old trait system.

For Teq – sorry – you are just complaining due to a lack of understanding of the fight / bad luck. I had a friend going for the Whirlpools for a week, and he was just raging like you – took him to Teq and said follow me – voila – he got sucked in.

Most maps will spawn 2~3 Whirlpools even if a perfect burn in P1, and you can virtually gaurentee you get into a map that will fail burns by joining 2~3 mins after the event starts.

For whatever reason – some people just can’t see the whirlpools, which I’ll agree they could make the effect far more noticeable.

Thank you for the reply. I know whirlpools spawn between burn phases and when he flies of the first time you have to protect the batteries. But honestly cannot see any whirlpools. It is frustrating when you are depended on something random while all the rest are just proof of skill and knowledge of the game. Anw will try again in an hour. A friend told me the same thing as you. Guaranteed whirlpool etc etc.. will follow him and see.

Edit: wasnt expecting such a polite response…kitten ..

Join a Sparkfly fen map within 5 minutes of the event starting and you will get into an overflow map that will still have plenty of people to complete the event successfully. Stand by his feet during burns and there’s a very good chance you will get this in one or two tries.
