Since the deluxe and ultimate edition already have a bonus character slot does it means that those who purcase such version of the game will have 2 additional character slot?
Correct. Those that have a GW2 account and pre-purchase before the end of July will get one slot for the purchase, and one for getting deluxe or ultimate. So, if you do that, you get two total.
