Hi pretty people,

Sorry for the shameful noob questions. I have a few stacks of tomes and would like to know if I can convert those to hero points.

If not, can someone please tell me what I can do with the tomes.

You can level up alts to 80 or cash them in on level 80 characters for 1 spirit shard each.

They do not give hero points to characters other than as a consequence of leveling them up to 80.

Below level 79 they give a level. At level 80 they give a Spirit Shard (used to buy things for the Mystic Forge)

Hero points are the old skill challenges that you find on the maps.

Be careful what you ask for
ANet may give it to you.
