Has any of you managed to unlock collection to be even able to buy this? Checked wardrobe , but there is no weapon that fits

I believe it’s either for your specialization weapon, or the order backpiece you get as part of the story. Though I could be wrong.

I meant ley line cores not items for backpack , and they are not for spec weapon

This is a collection item part of each weapon type’s ‘Machined’ collection. The collection can be unlocked by trading airship parts, ley line crystals and lumps of aurillium as well as 2/3 reclaimed metal scraps to the vendor at the end of the Dragon’s Stand meta event for a plated weapon. Specialisation collections require the corresponding machined weapon type, therefore it is kinda part of the specialisation collection (indirectly).
