I buyed the standard edition(44.99€) and i want upgrade to definitive edition(99.99€),can you get a discount prize buying the definitive edition?

99.99€-44.99€=55€, so pay this 55€ and get definitive edition improves?

Or at least get these 44.99€ in gems?

It is not possible to upgrade to the Ultimate edition.

You can upgrade to the Hear of Thorns Deluxe through gemstore for 2400 gems.

If you bought HoT through buy.guildwars2.com, you can upgrade by requesting a refund and buying it again.
