I have 100% map completion and was never awarded anything

There’s a bug that when you complete some of these new maps with a character who already has 100% completion in core Tyria, you’ll get nothing.

Well i’ve been told there are items that are important from those completions that come from that chest. All of my characters have 100% map completion – I’d like to know if there is a remedy or a way to retroactively provide me with the reward i’m due?

Hopefully when they fix/patch this (I assume this coming Tuesday, November 10th) they will just remove an easily gotten PoI for you or what not so you can get your map completion chest reward or when you log in after the patch you will get your chest reward.

Its a huge issue that Anet seem to be ignoring
