Guild Wars 2

So I have been trying for days to get a T4 night and my bladed Chest. Finally today we have a successful map and end up only needing the Matriarch in order to achieve T4 with 15 minutes left on the clock.

But what do you know, The Matriarch bugs out and sits under the map where no one can attack it. This is infuriating specially when I have been needing T4 for so long now and we were on target to do it.

Has this bug happened to anyone else? Has it been reported before? Am I able to petition Anet and receive my Bladed Chest?

I’ve seen it once and Anet is aware of the issue. Assuming you can get to tier 2.5 before the bosses, you only need to kill 4 of them to get t4.

We were about 2 events away from hitting T4, The bar was touching the end. It was so annoying!

Luckily it doesn’t happen often or at least not from my experience.

Right after launch it happened all the time. I haven’t been doing so much VB lately but I think it was in the last month that I headed to Matriarch and she stuck herself under the platform but could still be hit if you stood in the right place after gliding down to her.

I’m sure ANet’s not happy about such a visible bug, so it has to be really tricky to fix or it’d be gone by now.
