Is the Mordrem Loop achievement the only way to aquire one outside raids?

Ive been hearing awful, awful words of what a horribly timesink the Migraine achievement is.

To my knowledge the only 2 viper’s amulets are the Mordem Loop and The RNG amulet from Sabetha, I wouldn’t count on the one from raids since you only get 1 chance per week to get one…. Meanwhile I have 3 mini knuckles.\

Migraine is tedious with a bad group and easy with a good group. Eir, & Canach being the easier ones since while easier at first the end mode of Caithe is a chore and will easily wipe an unprepared group.

I see. Sounds like its better done in a guild,or just sticking with an exotic amulet.
