What if warriors got daggers instead of the thought of pistol? This would make warriors up close and personal brawlers, and would be as close as you can get to hand to hand combat. And instead of backhand wielding, they wield them foward. Cool idea or no?

Example move.
Stab your foe to cause bleed, then punch them causing daze.

Cool idea, but the pistol warriors will get have probably been developed for a long time plus testing so i fear this idea won’t be a reality for a long time.

I’m still praying for MH pistol on mesmer’s, which have been on high demand since start of gw2 but no, we get a shield…

If they get an offhand dagger I really hope it is a condition weapon, peferably poison, and confusion or other damaging conditions the warrior had no access to…..

we have plenty of melee dps weapons.

It’s absolutely not gonna happen, for warriors or for any other class. They aren’t adding new weapon types, which includes a 2-H axe. That’s not to say you’re wrong, because they do want bigger axes, but that’s what Anet has said.

As the spokesperson for all warriors everywhere, what we really want is the ability to wield a giant floppy Fish but that properly (about 66-67%) wont happen either even though theres literally hundreds of threads asking for them.
