Like armor/weapons/trinkets.

Or is that the only way?

A:

Bloodstone Fen lets you get Ascended Viper trinkets without raiding. For weapons and armour, you can get recipes to craft them in Auric Basin, both exotic and Ascended tiers.

The accessories are still locked to raids by back, Ammy and ring are in Bloodstone

Isn’t it relatively easy to get 100% condi duration without the trinkets though? It’s been a while since I geared up a condi char. If you’re already at 100%, sinister is going to be better.

Only partially true. Bloodstone fen lets you get an amulet, a backpack and one ring. Supposedly the other ring and both earrings will be in future LS updates (so it might take another half a year before you will be able to get a full set of viper accesories)

Actions, not words.

Ring is still in a slightly awkward situation because they are unique so you can’t use two of the same. You can get around that if you are okay with sacrificing one of the infusion slots.

Yes, so you need to sacrifice one infusion slot on one ring to use two of them, so you can use two rings if you make them in any of these ways;

Non-modified ring – Attuned Ring
Non-modified ring – Infused Ring
Non-modified ring – Attuned & Infused Ring
Attuned Ring – Infused Ring
Attuned & Infused Ring – Infused Ring
Attuned & Infused Ring – Attuned Ring

So if you are doing fractals, I’d suggest you have an Attuned & Infused Sinister ring to swap out for one of the viper ones that is not Attuned & Infused. You’ll only be missing out on 3.73% duration.

So currently Vipers gear can be attained a few ways.

Armors and Weapons can be crafted/ stat swapped, they can be purchased from raids as well.

Trinkets all have to be bought, either from Raids or from Bloodstone Fen*

*Bloodstone Fen only offers Amulet, a unique Ring and a back piece.

The Amulet can also be had from completing Migraine.
