Everything they’ve announced so far is great but IMO lacking. Is that all we’re getting or are they announcing more content for HoT? Also I will be very disappointed if conquest didn’t get any new maps. Anet show Spvp some love.

Umm… it’s safe to say we’ve only seen the major features so far and definitely not everything. Heck, we don’t even know all the details of the major features they have revealed so far.

To be fair they said that when the announce the expansion, and yet they didn’t say anything at all about Adventures and Outposts, and yet those seems to be rather major features.

Basically. But with the revenant, specializations, new skins, guild leaderboards, revamped stability, rebalanced old skills and traits etc.

I never said they announced everything in the PAX presentation.
I mean that right now all the features that the expansion will have was announced, Colin Johanson said that in the Matt Visual interview.

And yet they also said that during/shortly after the announcement, but clearly that was not the case.

We also have no idea how the new WvW map will work. We have no idea how Guild Halls will work. We have no idea what the challenging group content is. We have no idea how the maps work or look. We have no idea how the new story is built and so on.

There is plenty of stuff that we know nothing or very little about.

I feel like you’re completely ignoring Strongholds… You do realize SH is a new SPvP map right? And offers spvpers an entirely new way to play. They certainly didn’t leave us out in the cold…

Maybe I’m out of the loop here but what would be the difference between GvG and say WvW or sPvP? Obviously WvW and sPvP are not the same but would would GvG be that isnt already available in those other options?

GvG means different things for different people:
1. Large guild groups (as in 15+ people) fighting each other. This is done in WvW.
2. Guild Wars 1’s guild vs guild mode (stronghold + guild leaderboards comes close to this, but for some not close enough).
