Hi i main Warrior, and spend a lot of time making a burnzerker warrior, with optimal armor and all.
And now i read on forums that it’s not viable anymore.
Is that true?
Did i spend all this gold an time for a build that was rendered garbage thanks to the new patch?

Everyone saw that nerf from a mile away lol.

Burnzerker is not garbage. It’s just on par with condi engi now.

You will do 20-30% less damage on Gorsaval. You will probably not notice much difference in other areas of the game.

Anything that applies to that build. I haven’t looked specifically into what but it’s all there.

It’s probably viable. People just see nerfs and expect everything that was touched to be trash tier.

Scorched Earth: Enemies are now able to be struck by this skill only once every 0.5 seconds.

This is the thing that will r educe damage on Gorseval. He is so large that he stood on multiple fire fields at once from this skill and was hit 5-6 times a second for massive burn damage. It will now only hit him once every 0.5s.

There isn’t much of a change other than this.

I run power Necro in Spirit Vale because I understand it and enjoy it far more than anything else. I’d rather you being what you enjoy than what is meta.

We went in last night and messed around just to compare numbers. Same players, same gear, same comp as the previous night. The verdict from our burn warriors is that the damage was reduced 30-40%

This brings it in line with other condi classes. We are actually going to go back to bringing engi’s more than likely. Also it is looking like condi reaper is going to be awesome in the right circumstances.

Nope.
Burnzerker was nerfed to be on par with other cond classes, before patch they were WAY above any other class in PvE.
